成都市1981—1986年原发性肝癌死亡率的Logistic曲线拟合研究
(I988年11月30日收稿)华西科大学学报STUDYoFLoGISTICCURVEFITTINGFoRPRIMARYLIVERCANCERDEATHRATEINCHENGDUQiaoZongkoiCheXiguHuangHuiqiDuQijunMaJun。JiangYing。Logisticcurvewasusedforfittingpri—marylivercancer(PLC)age-specificdeathrateinChengd'u．Theresuitsshowedthattheage-specificdeathratefrom1981to1986inChengdu(populationabout4000000)wassatisfactorilyfittedbylogisticculweinmale，femaleandtotal(P<0．01)．TheRSwere0．9985，0．9912and0．9974，res—peatively．Velocityanalysisofdeathrateshowedthattheinca~easlngpedkwasinthegroupKeywordsPrin~1ivereallcerofage40-60formaleand50-65forfemale．Male,SvelocityandslopeofdearhratewerehigherandsteeperthanfemaleS．Theseresultsareconsistentwiththefea—tureoflogisticcurveandparametersobtain—edfromlogisticcurveflYfingiIlthisstudy．Theage—specificdeathratebysexforeveryyearfrom1981to1956wasfittedverywell(P<O．01)．RSformaleandfe-malewere0．9415±0．044and0．9056±0．048，respectively．DeathrateLogisticcurvefitting1．DepartmentofEpidemiology，SchoolofPublicHealth2．ChengduAn~-EpidemicandHygieneCentera．GraduateStudent，SchoolofPublicHealth25氲气蕾代氯气进行脯--l化硪弥t量测定的研究殷太奎，等。华西医科大学附属第一医院内科学教研室中华结辕和呼吸蔡癀痨杂志1999~12(1)：37作者首次用氩气替代昂贵难求的氮气作标准化一次呼吸法肺CO弥散量(DcosB)测定获得成功实验采用氩、氦分别或混合配制的3种混台气(A：10％He+0．3CO，B10Ar+0．3CO}C：10Ar+1O。，He+0．3CO)对118侧正常人，48侧患者进行DLCOsB自身对比测定，结果极为近似，相关系数高达0．99(P<O．0009)。实验结果显示，00侧中重度阻塞性肺气肿患者在吸入混合气C后，肿泡气内氲，氩的浓度分别为4．29±0．85、4．27±0．78(P>0．2)，说明即使在COPD肺内气体分布不匀的情况下．两者在肺内稀释情况一致，排除了分子量及密度不词可能造成的分布不一致。对氩的检测，我们建立了常温下的新的分析方法，简化了测试手续和费用。氲代氦测定DLCOsB以及新的氩气检测方法，国内外迄今为止尚未见报道。
